Pompeii
Can you imagine a volcanic eruption of such force and size that it covers your entire town? In 79 AD, that's precisely what the citizens of Pompeii faced as Mt. Vesuvius gave forth her fury and literally buried the town, causing the entire population to perish, including nobility.
Now, centuries later, thanks to diligent archeological expeditions, the ruins of Pompeii can be toured by visitors to the Naples area. Much like a ghost town of the Old West, you can walk through the empty streets, taking in the distinct sense of bareness. The world's largest Roman amphitheater is an amazing sight and should be the starting point of your exploration.
Mt. Vesuvius
Located on the coast of the Bay of Naples, Mt. Vesuvius has not erupted since 1944. Even with over 60 years of dormancy, it is still considered one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world. With a population of over 3,000,000 living in close proximity and the volcano's tendency toward violent eruptions in the past, concern is held for those who live nearby.
Often described as a humpback mountain, Vesuvius has an obvious cone and distinctive crater that are easily identified by land or air.
Castel Nuovo
Castel Nuovo ("the new castle") was commissioned by Charles I in 1279 in conjunction with the moving of the capital of Naples from Palermo. One of the city's most famous landmarks, Castel Nuovo is currently the seat of city government. However, its courtyard fills every June with couples in love who wish to take their wedding vows. Points of interest include the Armory with its glassed floor which reveals the remains of a Roman villa and a medieval necropolis, the Hall of Barrons and the dungeon.
Capri
An island accessible via ferry, Capri is a popular stop for visitors to Naples. As you step onto the island, the scents of natively grown lemons and basil will likely overtake you. Clean and fresh, Capri is a delightful retreat you'll want to visit again and again.
One of the most popular attractions is The Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) - a must-see. As daylight enters through an underwater opening located immediately below the entrance to the cave, the light is filtered by the water. The red tones are absorbed, leaving only the blue ones to pass into the cave. The result is an astonishing aura of blues that simply defies words.

Is the company registered with Worksafe?
The WorkSafe premium is dedicated to promoting workplace health and safety for the workers and employers of British Columbia. In the event of work-related injuries or diseases, WorkSafeBC works with the affected parties to provide return-to-work rehabilitation, compensation, health care benefits, and a range of other services. Its a premium that companies pay by law to protect the guards while on site. Therefore, ask the security company if they are complying to this premium.
Are you guards insured?
You should make sure to ask the security company how much insurance they have. There are various insurance levels. Insurance is an expensive component for the business, so not all companies have it. Some companies are not insured, other's have 2.5 Million, and Arrow Security has $5 Million.
This is something you'll want to investigate before hiring a company. Make sure they have the documentation to back up their claims.
Are daily reports provided?
There are two common daily reports. A daily patrol report and an incident report.
The patrol report shows everything is scanned and secured on the premises. You can have this report to be collected on every hour, therefore you have a clear understanding of the security of the site. Incident reports are what the guard would fill out when a particular incident happens.
Its important to have this daily report, so make sure your security company can provide this.
Do the guards speak English fluently?
This is a crucial part of your decision process because lets assume there's an incident on your property, you need to make sure the guard on site can speak with the tenants, the authorities and anyone else they come in contact with.
Always be sure to make sure your guard speaks the language you require for optimal resolution and dispute management while on site.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Some companies will have contracts while others will not. Its important that you first have a good feeling with the management of the security company. Make sure you get a feeling of commitment without a contract, and then if you require a contract its added assurance on top.

Are your guards uniformed?

There are a number of factors a security company should know before the quote a project. Some of them should include:
An understanding of why you need security
Where you are located
Where the job site is located
What is the nature of the job
All the factors are important. If a company provides a blanket quote without understanding your needs, they probably will not provide the best service to your needs.
How soon can you start?
If you need a job to start immediately, most companies will provide a guard right away. However its important that the right guard is selected for the project. So ask the company if they can provide a guard quickly, but more importantly, will they reevaluate the project needs and provide a guard that is the best match for the site.

Navy Seals Vs. Army Rangers (differences, Similarities)
Both Navy SEALs and Army Rangers are highly respected but distinctly separate wings of the United States armed services. Army Rangers and Special forces both roll up to the U.S. Army, while on the other hand Marines and Navy SEALs roll up to the U.S. Navy.
Army Rangers
With origins dating back to colonial times the Army Rangers are part of the US Operations Special Forces that became a more permanent part of the military around the 1970’s.
Army Rangers are front line special light infantry American troops and their primary focus is on infiltration by land, air or even sea they are specialized in the recovery of personnel and special equipment, conducting raids and direct action operations.
Selection
To be selected to be a Ranger a soldier has to prove his physical capability through various endurance tests designed to establish that he's physically capable of entering the program. Once into ‘Ranger School’ his training is categorized into three phases namely Crawl training, Walk training and Run training.
Crawl training: is to develop the foundations and trains the soldier in hand –to hand combat, immersion in water and the use of fists and sticks in combat.
Walk training: covers rappelling, ambush training, knots tying and intermediate level airborne operations.
Run training: is the advanced training covering such aspects as water bound infiltration, troop extraction in hostile situations, working with explosives, skills for sabotage, navigation and reconnaissance
Only on completion of the above does a Ranger officially graduate from Ranger School.
Navy SEALs
The Navy SEALs were established formally around the 1960’s but have their roots dating back to the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Navy SEALs specialize in sea, air and land specific missions and operations, Basic Underwater Demolitions (BUD), reconnaissance, information warfare, personnel recovery, unconventional warfare, counter terrorism, internal defense on foreign soil, and security assistance.
Selection
In order to make it as a Navy SEAL an individual has to undergo a seven month long Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training which is divided into phases:
Indoctrination: to prepare the new initiates physically and mentally for the gruelling training ahead and the ways of the Navy SEAL.
Similarities
Both Army Rangers and Navy SEALs undergo very Intense and gruelling training programs designed to weed out the ones who just don’t cut it.
The U.S. Navy SEALs and the U.S. Army Rangers do not recruit women. Women do however work in several significant posts in support levels with the Navy SEALs, and serve at group levels in the U.S. Army Special Forces.
Both elite units exist for covert operations and while there are several differences in the way they operate there are definitely areas of overlap in terms of functions.
Differences
Rangers operate in platoon sized or larger units and are capable of handling direct action missions while Navy SEALs operate in smaller teams and handle specialised covert operations.
Rangers primarily perform military support functions while Navy SEALs are primarily for selective roles and most often not directly get involved in "front line" combat.
The Rangers are typically known to be ready for rapid deployment, has an airborne advanced infantry and generally tends to fight primarily using conventional warfare. Navy SEALs on the other hand are responsible for unconventional warfare, they are all trained paratroopers, they integrate with foreign forces, are generally independent and have high sustainability working within small groups with limited or no support; they specialise and execute underwater reconnaissance , infiltrations and demolitions.
While both Army Rangers and Navy SEALs are highly skilled specialized forces whose functions tend to overlap, the Army Rangers specialty is land warfare, while the Navy SEAL as the name suggests excels where water bodies are involved.

Navy Small Questions
Do Aeropostale jeans run small?? How do they fit compared to Old Navy jeans? Are thier sizes similar or not?
I normally wear a 16 or 18 from Old Navy depending on the style of the jeans. I see that Aeropostale has jeans that are 17/18. I need to know if they fit more like a 16 or 18 please. Also, what is your favorite style of Aero jeans?? Thanks for all the help!!
Old Navy jeans ( one of my favorites) run true to size because they're women's jeans, so they're cut slightly larger. Aeropostale's jeans are juniors, so they will run slightly smaller, try them on and see how they fit. If they don't, don't discourage, Old Navy jeans are great and always feel comfortable.

Ok I am buying a new swimsuit online and since I am a tween I now need one with a pad in the chest part of the swim suit. And I was shopping at Old Navy and found one I loved in the kids sizes that would fit me and it said it was fully lined. Does that mean that there is a pad in the top part?Help Please
A lining is the inside part of the bathing suit that is an extra layer so that you cannot see through the bathing suit. If a bathing suit is fully lined that means that the tan or white layer on the inside of the bathing suit is everywhere, not just in the bikini line (where it usually is for younger children's bathing suits)
